General Return Conditions

All returns must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused (where applicable), with original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error in fulfilment.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

What Can Be Returned

Eligible for Return:
Smock/Fugu Clothing: Returns are accepted if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Returns are allowed for wrong size, colour mismatch, or manufacturing defects.
Defective or Damaged Items: Any product that arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described on the Website.
Not Eligible for Return:
Shito (Spicy Pepper Sauce) and all food-related products: Due to hygiene, safety, and perishability reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or unopened Shito products.
Items that have been altered, customised, or personalised.
Products returned without prior approval or after the 7-day window.
Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling after delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:
If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
The refund amount will exclude the original delivery fee (unless the return is due to our error).
Partial refunds may be issued for items that do not meet the full return conditions.
We reserve the right to deny a return if the product does not meet the conditions listed above.

How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (especially for defective items).
Await return approval and shipping instructions from us.
Ship the item to the address provided in the approval communication.

Exchanges

Where possible, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund for clothing items (subject to availability). Please indicate your preference when contacting us.

Non-Refundable Items and Situations

Sale or discounted items (unless defective).
Products affected by force majeure events (e.g., delivery delays caused by weather or logistics issues beyond our control).
Any product where the seal is broken, or the item has been used, especially food products.
